The head coach of Bechem United, Desmond-Issah Botchway, is convinced his side will defeat Basake Holy Stars in Week 2 of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.

The coach and his Hunters suffered a 2-1 defeat to Bibiani Gold Stars on the opening weekend of the league campaign last weekend.

Heading into Week 2, Coach Desmond-Issah Botchway believes his side has the quality to see off the opponent.

He insists that his team already has the three points in hand and will claim them physically on the matchday.

“We also lost our match, and we are playing at home, so we are going to go all out and make sure we impress our fans. So, the three points are in our hands already, and we are going to claim them physically,” Desmond-Issah Botchway told Bechem United TV

He continued, “I want to tell the fans to relax. They are going to enjoy the game with a sweet victory.”

The Week 2 Ghana Premier League encounter between Bechem United and Holy Stars will be played on Sunday, September 21.
