A mother of two named Abena Frimponma talked about her unsettling experience with domestic violence on Oyerepa TV’s “Auntie Naa.” She suffered serious injuries after being viciously attacked by her partner, Kwame Ababio. Frimponma described how Ababio cheated on her and married someone else following their affair. She claimed that if she tried to leave, Ababio would make her crazy. She suffered significant bruises and oral injuries from the brutal attack.

Frimponma denied intimacy and paternity, Ababio retorted. He claimed self-defense but acknowledged physical attack. Frimponma was also charged by Ababio of insulting him. Pastor Agyekum emphasized community support programs while refuting Ababio’s claims of an affair.According to him, he gave her access to a job. The church has a duty to provide for the poor within its walls. Therefore, the church offers jobs to people who don’t have any.

Concerns about domestic violence in Ghana’s rural areas are brought to light by this incidence. Others are encouraged to speak up by Frimponma’s courage.
