Ghanaian actor Prince David Osei has called on the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to learn from its mistakes, reunite, and prepare for a stronger comeback in the 2028 general elections.

In a post on his X handle on March 21, 2025, Osei urged the party to focus on self-improvement and unity, stating that opportunities should be taken advantage of.

“NPP, remember opportunities don’t go to waste. They just go to other people!! Let’s work on our mistakes, reunite, and bounce back stronger!” Osei wrote.

He also described the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as “brothers” rather than enemies and expressed optimism about the emergence of a new generation of leaders within the NPP.

“NDC is not our enemies but brothers, they will do what they can do in these 4 years!! But in 2028, a new breed of young bloods are emerging for exceptional leadership with national patriotism!! We will shine again!!!” he added.

Osei’s comments come following what some people have described as turbulence within the party after a series of interviews by former Member of Parliament for Dome-Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo, accusing the party of unfair treatment against her and some other members.
