Simon Osei Mensah, the Ashanti Regional Minister, has called the Kumasi Kejetia project, which was built during John Mahama’s rule, a “ill-thought project.”

He claimed that rather than resolving any problems, the project made Kumasi’s traffic worse.

“So, I’m saying this Kejetia project is ill-thought and needless because it didn’t include adequate space for car parking,” Simon Osei Mensah stated in an exclusive interview that has not yet been broadcast on GHone TV Serwaa Amihere in Kumasi. Adum is now off-limits during busy business hours as a result. He went on to say that the Central Market project, also known as Kejetia Phase Two, has a revised design in order to prevent the current issues brought on by the “Kejetia Dubai project.”

He clarified that there will be no traffic because of the ongoing Central Market redevelopment. “I’ll tell it again and again: the Kumasi Kejetia market is a bad investment that has caused a lot of issues. You turned Kejetia, which was a truck park, into a marketplace. In the exclusive interview that has not yet been broadcast on GHOne TV, he questioned Serwaa Amihere, “Where should the cars park?” The Ashanti Regional Minister insisted that they only finished the Asawase Market and rejected the NDC’s claim that they constructed the Tafo Market, Atonsu Market, and other markets.

“The Market in Atonsu” When we took over, I resolved the issues there. What are they discussing? In addition, the former member of parliament for Bosomtwe told GHOne TV that, in contrast to what the NDC maintains, no health project left over from the previous administration has been abandoned in the area.

“We have finished the Sewua Regional Hospital as of right now, Serwaa. Prior to the elections, it will be put into service. Before the year is out, the Afari Military Hospital will be finished. Hospital employees are already working at the constructed Kumawu District Hospital. Healthcare is being actively provided by Tepa, Konongo, and Fomena. What is the NDC discussing, then? Which regional health project have we given up on? The minister also asked the NDC to name one medical project in the area that they started and finished before they left power during the John Mahama administration.

“The NDC has been making false claims about the hospitals they have constructed in the Ashanti Region. Today, I’m giving them another challenge: name just one complete hospital that they have started and finished. I’ll step down today if they show me. He remarked, “They are just talking; they have nothing to show.” Simon Osei Mensah was overconfident and insisted that the Ashanti Region’s New Patriotic Party (NPP) would meet the vote target they had set.

“We have put a lot of effort into the area. Significant and appropriate improvements have been made to our roads, and I am certain that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, our candidate, will win this election. As a return for the effort we are doing for the area, our party will receive 85% of the target. The Asafo, Asokwa, and Sofoline interchanges were constructed by NPP, and we are now constructing the Suame interchange. Can the NDC show us the Kumasi interchange they constructed? This time, I’m going all out on NDC, exposing every falsehood they spread to the public.
