Ghana Premier League side Bechem United have backed new signing Aminu Mohammed to revive his career at the club.

The club officially announced the signing of the former Manchester City prospect on Thursday, August 7.

“Amidu Mohammed is officially a Hunter! The former Manchester United U23 star joins us for the 2025/2026 season!

“With his pace, power and European flair, Aminu is set to bring flair, creativity and goals to our frontline,” Bechem United said in a post on X.

In the notice from Bechem United, the club said it is confident Aminu Mohammed will excel, stating that “The Comeback Will Be Stronger Than Apartheid.”

Aminu, once hailed as one of Ghana’s brightest prospects, was part of the Black Starlets team that represented Ghana at the U-17 World Cup.

His exploits at youth level earned him a move to English giants Manchester City, where he featured for their U23 side and gained invaluable experience.

Now returning to Ghana, the attacker is expected to inject pace, power, and a touch of European flair into Bechem United’s frontline.
