    Nunekpeku Senyo Henry is wanted by the law. An arrest warrant was issued by the Adabraka Magistrate Court on January 15, 2025, accusing him of defrauding by false pretenses, which is a serious offense under Ghanaian law.

    The police are actively searching for him, and the public is urged to assist by providing any relevant information that could lead to his arrest. If you have any information, you can contact the Ghana Police Service or the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).

    It’s worth noting that defrauding by false pretenses is a criminal offense under Section 131(1) of the Criminal and Other Offences Act, 1960 (Act 29), and individuals found guilty could face severe penalties, including imprisonment.
