Intense footage has emerged of a passenger plane performing a go-around at Perth Airport after tilting to one side during its approach.
The video, posted on social media, shows Singapore Airlines flight SQ213 descending towards the runway under an overcast sky on Saturday.
The aircraft then appeared to bank to the right, bringing one wing closer to the ground.
The Airbus A350-900 performed a go-around and climbed back into the air.
Flight-tracking data showed the plane landed on its second attempt at about 12.35pm.
The footage prompted one social media user to joke: ‘I bet there was some dirty underwear after that.’
Chris Perry, who posted the video, said his sister was on board the flight.
‘My sister’s plane almost crashes on landing,’ he captioned the video.

‘High winds at Perth caused my sister’s flight to have to go round again.
‘Thankfully [second] attempt was a success.’
A go-around is a standard safety procedure in which pilots discontinue an approach and climb away when they decide a landing should not go ahead.
Weather reports from around the time of the landing attempt showed winds at Perth Airport reaching 32km/h.
Some social media users described the footage as unsettling but stopped short of calling the manoeuvre dangerous.
‘Pilot checking in. That was pretty sketchy, but not that dangerous. But then I guess everyone on board wanted to land, not go back to where they came from. Take your pick,’ one wrote.
‘That’s why pilots get paid the big bucks,’ a second wrote.
Daily Mail has contacted Singapore Airlines and Perth Airport for comment.
