Ghanaian dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has shed light on his relationship with prominent African figures, including former footballer Emmanuel Adebayor and Ghana’s all-time top scorer, Asamoah Gyan.

In a recent YouTube Live session promoting his upcoming “Torcher” EP, Stonebwoy revealed that while he remains close to Adebayor, his connection with Gyan has grown distant.

“I have a lot of big brothers I respect a lot because respect is the thing,” Stonebwoy said. “But those that I have been close with and I am still close with are Adebayor, who is one of those, and definitely Asamoah Gyan. He has been a big brother from time.”

However, Stonebwoy noted that his relationship with Gyan has changed, stating, “I have hardly heard from him lately. I think that the last time I checked, I was blocked. I don’t know.”

Stonebwoy’s comment has sparked conversation online, with fans and followers speculating about the potential reason for the rift between the two public figures. Previously, Stonebwoy and Asamoah Gyan had been seen sharing warm moments at events and on social media, with both showing mutual support for each other’s work. The unexpected development has left many wondering what might have led to the change in their relationship.
