Multiple award-winning dancehall musician, Stonebwoy, has called for immediate peace to be restored in Ashaiman.
The BHIM Nation boss who is currently in the US has called on the military to exercise patience in their quest to find the assailant of their colleague who was murdered last Saturday by some suspected Ashaiman thugs.
The call is in response to the viral videos on social media where some military men were filmed physically assaulting some Ashaiman residents over the murder of Sherif Moro.
Videos from the town this morning show soldiers all over the place with sticks in their hands beating anyone they meet.
According to reports gathered online, there was brutality by some soldiers who are said to have stormed Ashaiman, a suburb of Accra since midnight.
This comes days after their colleague was allegedly stabbed to death by unknown assailants in the area.
In some videos on social media, a young man is heard screaming amid sounds of flogging, while a neighbour quietly films from a window nearby.
