The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has released the tentative results for the 2024 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). If you are a candidate awaiting your results, you can now access them from home using your mobile phone or laptop.

To see your WASSCE results, you must first purchase a result checker voucher. This voucher can be purchased on the WAEC website or through other official means. The voucher has a unique PIN and serial number, which are required to verify your results. Remember that this coupon allows you to review your results up to three times before it expires.

Here’s a simple guide to help you check your WASSCE results online:

    1. Go to the WAEC Website: Start by visiting the official WAEC website at www.waecgh.org.

    2. Enter Your Index Number: Type in your candidate index number in the provided space.

    3. Select Examination Type: Choose “WASSCE School” from the options available.

    4. Choose Examination Year: Select the year you took the exams, which is 2024.

    5. Input Your Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth correctly to confirm your identity.

    6. Enter Voucher Details:

    – Type in the serial number from your result checker voucher.

    – Then, enter the 12-digit PIN that comes with the serial number.

    7. Confirm Your Index Number: Re-enter your index number to make sure it’s correct.

    8. Check All Information: Double-check all the details you have entered to ensure they are accurate.

    9. Submit Your Information: Once everything looks good, click on the submit button.

    10. View Your Results: After submitting, your results will appear in a pop-up window. It may take a few moments for them to load, so please be patient.

While it is simple to verify your results online, beware of scammers. Do not trust anyone who requests payment to check results or claims to be able to change exam scores. When accessing your results, always go through the official WAEC channels.
