The State Housing Company Limited (SHCL) exhibition stand has became a focal point at the 2025 Civil Service Week, held at the Accra Sports Stadium from July 21, 2025, drawing significant crowds eager to explore homeownership opportunities.

Among over 100 exhibitors from various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, SHCL has emerged as a standout, with approximately 100 daily visitors seeking details on pricing and acquisition processes for its housing offerings.

Juliet Emefa Gborglah, SHCL’s Business Development Manager, attributed the surge in interest to the company’s reputation for delivering affordable, litigation-free housing solutions.

She highlighted that unfavorable mortgage plans remain a key barrier for prospective homeowners but noted that SHCL is working to facilitate mortgage options soon.

She encouraged those unable to attend the event to visit SHCL’s head office, located next to the Accra Digital Centre on Ring Road West, for further assistance.

Currently, SHCL is promoting its Seasons Court (Adenta), Surge Homes (Amrahia), and SHCL Courts (Adenta) developments.

The company’s strong presence at the event underscores its pivotal role in Ghana’s affordable housing sector and its growing appeal among civil servants and the broader working population.
