Next Thursday, October 30, Canadian Mary Spencer (10-2, 6 KOs) will defend her WBA super-welterweight world title against pound-for-pound great Mikaela Mayer (21-2, 5 KOs). In the co-main event—essentially another main event—a local showdown between Wilkens Mathieu (14-0, 10 KOs) and Shakeel Phinn (27-3-2, 17 KOs) will square off, with the winner taking home the NABF and WBC Continental Americas super-middleweight titles.
Central to a record-setting event for EOTTM at the Casino de Montréal, a total of six titles will be up for grabs on October 30. Canadian Olympian Arthur Biyarslanov (19-0, 16 KOs) will defend his NABF super-lightweight title against former world champion Sergey Lipinets (18-4-1, 13 KOs). Light heavyweight world contender Mehmet Unal (13-0, 11 KOs) will put his WBC Continental Americas title on the line against hard-hitting Latvian Ralfs Vilcans (18-2, 7 KOs), and popular Montrealer Christopher Guerrero (15-0, 9 KOs) will defend his WBC Continental Americas welterweight title against Argentine brawler Williams Andres Herrera (17-4, 7 KOs). Rising prospect from Thetford Mines, Thomas Chabot (11-0, 8 KOs), along with former junior amateur world champion Erik Israyelyan (2-0, 2 KOs), will also be in action starting at 6:30 PM on Punching Grace.
