The UPSA Law School, in collaboration with the One Ghana Movement, is organising a Constitution Day Public Lecture, featuring Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng as the keynote speaker.

He will deliver an insightful address on the theme, “A Few Good Men: Suppressing and Repressing Corruption and State Capture in Aid of Development.”

This lecture will provide a critical platform for discussing the impact of corruption and state capture on Ghana’s development. It will explore the legal, institutional, and societal measures necessary to combat corruption, ensure transparency, and promote good governance.

The event will bring together legal scholars, policymakers, civil society actors, and the general public to engage in thought-provoking discussions on strengthening Ghana’s democratic institutions and the rule of law.
