In the wake of her divorce, a video has resurfaced online, revealing that she had been giving subtle hints about her marital struggles all along.

The seemingly recent video, which has been making rounds online, captures Rev. Charlotte Oduro, encouraging her audience to take bold steps and walk away from toxic relationships.

She explained that sometimes the right decision is not to hold on to toxic relationships in the hope that things will improve over time.

“Sometimes, you just have to end everything; sometimes, you need to open the door for some people to walk out of your life. Sometimes, you have to allow the people you love, trust, and are comfortable with, to walk out of your life,” she said.

In the video, Rev. Charlotte Oduro emphasised that entertaining such people would only result in chaos in the end.

“Because those people are the same ones who hurt you and will also comfort you. Some people act like they love you, but they’re in your camp, gathering information for your enemies. Please, take the bold step, make a decision, and remove them from your life. Lock your door against negativity and open it for good things to come,” she advised.

Meanwhile, following the announcement of divorce from her ex-husband, Rev. Charlotte Oduro has faced numerous attacks online, particularly from netizens who have criticised her for not being able to save her marriage despite being a counsellor.

Others have also cautioned couples to be wary of taking relationship advice from public figures who frequently offer guidance.

    Background

On Monday, February 10, 2025, Apostle Solomon Oduro, the General Overseer of the Royal Victory Family Church, confirmed in an official statement that he and his wife, Rev. Charlotte Oduro, had been separated for the past three years.

The statement further revealed that their traditional marriage was officially ended last year due to irreconcilable differences.
