Reports have noted that the Office of the Special Prosecutor has raided the offices of Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited (SML)

According to reports on manassehazure.com, the raid was carried out by the OSP together with the National Security Secretariat.

The report also noted that the search was carried out simultaneously at the Osu and Tema offices of SML.

SML is also at the centre of the investigation being carried out by OSP against the former Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta.

The OSP is reportedly in the advanced stages of its investigation involving a deal signed by the former minister and SML.

Manassehazure.com’s reports have noted that the OSP is interested in electronic information from the company’s servers.

SML was awarded a number of contracts by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and the Ministry of Finance, under Ken Ofori-Atta, who is currently under investigation for causing financial loss to the state.
