    Black Stars trio Antoine Semenyo, Jordan Ayew, and Osman Ibrahim stood out amongst Ghanaian players plying their trade abroad.

    The trio scored vital goals to rescue points for their respective clubs. Patrick Twumasi, Jerome Opoku and Joseph Paintsil also contributed to the descent weekend for Ghanaian players abroad, scoring for their respective clubs.

    Jordan Ayew climbed off the bench to score for Leicester City in their 1-1 draw against Ipswich Town in the English Premier League.

    Ibrahim Osman climbed off the bench to score the winning goal for Feyenoord in their 3-2 win over AZ Alkmaar in the Eredivisie.

    Antoine Semenyo fashionably scored his fourth goal of the season as Bournemouth defeated champions Man City 2-1 in the Premier League.

    Patrick Twumasi scored a brace for Beitar Jerusalem in their 2-0 win over Hapoel Hadera in the Israeli top-flight league.

    Joseph Paintsil scored in LA Galaxy’s 4-1 win over Colorado Rapids in the MLS playoffs.

    Jerome Opoku scored for Basaksehir in their 3-2 defeat to Konyaspor in the Turkish Super League.
