Following Funny Face’s public appreciation of Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu for his unwavering support during his mental health struggles, his colleague Big Akwes, has added his voice to the conversation.

In a video shared on Instagram on November 17, 2025, Big Akwes advised Kwaku Manu to sell Funny Face’s house in Kasoa and relocate him to a different area in Accra.

He argued that remaining in Kasoa could expose the comedian to negative influences from individuals who do not have his best interests at heart.

“I will plead with Kwaku Manu to sell Funny Face’s in Kasoa and find another place for him in Amasaman or Lakeside. Because if you leave him to stay alone in Kasoa, those against him will make sure that he goes back to the way he was,” he said.

He emphasised that relocating Funny Face to a new community would help shield him from harmful associations and spiritual influences.

“What will help Funny Face is that he is living in another community. If that is done, those evil spirits here will not know his whereabouts. If you leave him, those wicked people will make him worse than he was,” he added.
