    Nana Ama Konadu Yiadom, wife of the Chief of Akyem Adadientem, Barima Ofori Asante, has been enstooled as the Ekuona Queen Mother in Sekyere in the Ashanti Region.

    The colourful traditional ceremony was attended by chiefs, elders, family members and residents, who gathered to witness the performance of sacred rites and customs. Her enstoolment marks an important moment in the traditional leadership of the area.

    As Ekuona Queen Mother, Nana Ama Konadu Yiadom is expected to support community development, uphold cultural values and play a key role in promoting unity and the welfare of women and children in Sekyere
