One of Nigeria’s most popular reality singing shows, Nigerian Idol, is back for its seventh season.
Multichoice Nigeria announced that the two-week audition of Nigerian Idol exercise began on Sunday, November 14 and would end on November 28, 2021.
As the Nigerian Idol new audition is about to begin, Multichoice has rolled out instructions for the auditions, which will be held online in its preliminary stage.
To audition for the Nigerian Idol season 7 of the singing competition, interested contestants are to upload a 60-second video of them singing any song of their choice to www.africamagic.tv/nigerianidol.
Interested contestants for Nigerian Idol should also note that only persons between the ages of 16 to 30 are eligible to audition for the show.
This announcement is coming four months after Kingdom Kroseide emerged as the winner of the Nigerian Idol season 6 on July 11, 2021.

The Nigerian Idol show, also sponsored by Bigi drinks, will start airing on DStv and GOtv channels from February 2022.
