The Children’s Support Fund, established to cater for the welfare of children who lost their parents in the tragic helicopter crash of August 6, 2025, has received donations totaling GH¢6,583,600 and US$20,000.

In an update issued on September 13, 2025, government indicated that the contributions, received between September 1 and 11, 2025, came from a mix of corporate bodies, institutions, and individual philanthropists.

Notable donors include NIB Ghana, Keda Ghana Ceramics Limited, Chase Group Foundation, MTN Ghana, KGL Technology, and Ghana Commercial Bank. Individual supporters such as Cynthia Naa Odotey, Nana Victoria Akyaa Afriyie-Abrokwa, Kay Simmon, Charles Incoom, and Dela Radio also contributed to the initiative.
