Samsung Electronics participated in the 2025 Head of State Invitational Golf Tournament, held on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Achimota Golf Course.

The event brought together leading golfers, business executives, top personalities, and industry stakeholders for a day of sport, leadership, and meaningful engagement.

As part of its participation, Samsung Electronics hosted an immersive experiential zone where guests explored the latest innovations across the Samsung ecosystem. The showcase featured Samsung’s flagship 98-inch Crystal UHD TV, cutting-edge Spatial Display Signage, the premium Bespoke AI Family Hub Refrigerator, the Galaxy Z Series, the Galaxy Z Series, the Galaxy Tab S Series, and the newly launched Galaxy Watch8 Classic.

These hands-on demonstrations reflected Samsung’s continued commitment to providing consumers with technology that enhances productivity, entertainment, connected living, and overall lifestyle convenience.

A key highlight of the event was Samsung’s presentation of the Galaxy Watch8 Classic and a Samsung Music Frame to President John Dramani Mahama.

The gesture recognised his longstanding support for sports and community-focused initiatives. The Galaxy Watch8 Classic embodies Samsung’s vision of meaningful innovation through advanced health monitoring features, refined craftsmanship, and seamless integration across the Galaxy ecosystem.

Speaking after the presentation, Vishwas Saxena, Head of Department (Consumer Electronics Business), reaffirmed Samsung’s dedication to elevating consumer experiences in Ghana.

Presenting the Galaxy Watch8 Classic and Music Frame to President John Dramani Mahama was a memorable moment and reflects our appreciation for his ongoing support for the advancement of sports in Ghana,” he said.

The Head of State Invitational Golf Tournament continues to be one of Ghana’s most respected sporting platforms, attracting high-level participation and fostering valuable conversations around excellence, collaboration, and progress.
