Sammy Flex, the manager of Ghanaian artiste, Shatta Wale has explained why he did not show up at Dr Likee’s Peace Walk in Kumasi.

Prior to the event, Wale had pledged his support for Dr Likee. He even confirmed this in an interview.

However, many were shocked for not seeing Shatta Wale at the peace walk.

Amid the confusion behind Wale’s absence at the event, Sammy Flex in a video sighted by Zionfelix.net clarified why the Shatta Movement boss was not present.

Acknowledging that Wale was invited to the event, he indicated that the date they knew about was November 23, 2024. However, during an interview with Ike De Unpredictable on Angel FM, it came as a surprise when Dr Likee mentioned a different date.

Sammy Flex said the demeanour of Wale’s team changed after Dr Likee stated that the walk was going to be held on November 30 instead of November 23.

The artiste manager averred after enquiring from Likee, it came to light that they only got approval from the management of the stadium on November 30.

Meanwhile, Sammy Flex said their return ticket was dated November 29. The artiste manager was unhappy about the negative agenda that some people are setting.
