Russian super featherweight Elnur Samedov (21-1) meets Colombian John Lenon Gutierrez (11-0) February 14 in Chelyabinsk on a RCC promotion with the vacant WBA interim title at stake.
The 32-year old Samedov is ranked #1 by the WBA while Gutierrez can be found at #12.
The previous WBA Interim champ was Englishman James Dickens, who won the title by knocking out Albert Batyrgaziev.
Dickens has since then been promoted to full champ.
Also on the bill is a WBA eliminator at featherweight between Russian Ivan Chirkov (14-0) and Mexican Christian Olivo Barreda (23-2-1).
