    Rivers Casino Hosts Initial Pro Boxing Event » December 11, 2025

    Mike Duzant/Brik Wiley(Brickhouse Production LLC) will debut pro boxing for the first time at the Rivers Casino in Portsmouth, Virginia on.Friday, January 9th. The Casino opened its doors in January 2023.

    Featured on the card will be battle tested heavyweight Jerry Forrest (29-6-2, 21 KOs), former world champion Jonathan Guzman(27-2, 26 KOs) and unbeaten prospect Yoel Angeloni(7-0, 4 KOs), to fight in separate bouts. All three are promoted by Hall of Fame promoter Lou DiBella.

    Also featured on the card is power punching local fan favorite and military veteran Jeremy Cullors (7-2, 7 KOs), taking on the upset minded visiting Leemont Johnson (6-2, 4 KOs) of Pennsylvania. Cullors is anticipated to have a lot of fans in attendance as the area has a very large population of active and retired military.

    Rounding out the card will be Raymond Cuadrado, Ra-Leek Born and Julian Gomez-Clemons.
