House Republicans have voted in favor of subpoenaing former President Bill Clinton and his wife former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for testimony about Jeffrey Epstein.

A motion from Rep. Scott Perry to have Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., solicit the former first couple’s testimony passed Wednesday afternoon amid a flurry new developments around the saga that’s consumed Washington.

The effort also called for other high-profile Democrats with expected ties to the late pedophile to be subpoenaed.

Former Attorneys General Eric Holder and Merrick Garland will also be compelled to testify. So will former special counsel Robert Mueller, who oversaw Trump’s Russia collusion case.

Perry’s full wish list includes: William Jefferson Clinton, Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton, James Brian Comey, Loretta Elizabeth Lynch, Eric Hampton Holder, Jr., Merrick Brian Garland, Robert Swan Mueller III, William Pelham Barr, Jefferson Beauregard Sessions the third, and Alberto Gonzales.

Comer, as committee chair, will now have to prepare subpoenas for each of the individuals, which have yet to be sent.

The push to force the Democrats to testify comes one day after Comer subpoenaed Epstein’s longtime partner and accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year sentence on sex trafficking charges.

The push for additional Epstein-related testimony comes amid heightened media scrutiny over the sex offender’s unreleased Department of Justice and FBI files.

A federal judge on Wednesday denied the Trump administration request to release highly-secretive grand jury testimony from the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Obama-appointed Judge Robin Rosenberg slapped down the request from Attorney General Pam Bondi to unseal proceedings related to Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

Also on Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee announced it had issued a subpoena to interview Maxwell at her Florida prison facility.

Maxwell’s attorney has not yet agreed to the committee’s terms for an interview but indicated an interview was possible.

The rush to speak with Maxwell comes amid fears that she could be endangered in prison before she can reveal anything about her or Epstein’s case.

‘I requested that she be placed immediately into protective custody and monitored – by guards as well as working surveillance equipment – around the clock, so that our justice system does not again fail the survivors of this Epstein nightmare,’ Republican Perry posted on X Wednesday.

It is unclear when Comer will send the subpoenas to the Clintons but Oversight Committee staff have indicated it will be soon.
