    The Regal Film Festival and Awards is thrilled to announce the official call for entries for its highly anticipated annual film festival and awards, set to take place from 10th to 13th December 2025 in Accra- Ghana.

    This year, we invite filmmakers from around the African continent to submit their innovative and inspiring works, showcasing the diverse and dynamic nature of contemporary cinema.

    The Regal Film Festival and Awards is dedicated to celebrating the art of filmmaking and providing a platform for emerging and established filmmakers to share their stories.

    We are seeking a wide range of genres, including narrative features, documentaries, indigenous films, short films, animations, and experimental works. Our festival aims to highlight unique voices and perspectives while fostering a sense of community among filmmakers and audiences alike.

    Submission Guidelines:

    – Eligibility: Films must have been completed and screened in the last 3 years.

    – Categories: Entries are accepted in various categories, including Best Feature, Best Short, Best Documentary, and more.

    – Deadline for Entries: The final deadline for submissions is October 15, 2025. Early submission is encouraged.

    – How to Submit: Filmmakers can submit their entries via filmfreeway.com/REFFA and should refer to our website for detailed guidelines and criteria.

    In addition to showcasing exceptional films, the festival will feature panels, workshops, and networking opportunities, allowing filmmakers to connect with industry professionals and audiences passionate about cinema.

    The awards ceremony will honor outstanding achievements in filmmaking, with categories recognizing excellence in acting, directing, writing, and technical artistry.
