    The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw has been conducted, setting up some thrilling matchups.

    The draw, held on Friday, February 21, 2025, sees defending champions Real Madrid take on city rivals Atletico Madrid following their dominant 6-2 aggregate victory over Manchester City, a tie highlighted by Kylian Mbappé’s stunning hat-trick.

    Other exciting clashes include Bayer Leverkusen vs. Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund vs. Lille, Feyenoord vs. Inter Milan, and Barcelona vs. Benfica.

    Arsenal will face PSV Eindhoven after a strong group-stage performance earned them a third seed.

    However, their challenge could intensify in the quarterfinals, where they would meet either Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid if they progress.

    Meanwhile, Aston Villa’s impressive campaign has set up a tie against Club Brugge, a familiar foe.

    The first-leg fixtures of the Round of 16 will take place on March 4 and 5, 2025, with the return legs scheduled for March 11 and 12. The final is set for May 31, 2025, in Munich.
