Puma has officially unveiled the new Ghana Black Stars jersey ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with a vibrant launch event held in the United States.
The kit blends Ghana’s iconic red, gold and green colours with intricate Adinkra-inspired patterns, symbolizing unity, strength and cultural pride. Puma also highlighted the jersey’s advanced performance fabric, designed to enhance comfort and breathability during high-intensity matches.
The unveiling attracted a mix of football stars and celebrities, including Black star’s legend, Asamoah Gyan and Black Queens player, Freda Ayisi who were present to showcase the new design. The event was further elevated by the presence of award-winning musician Black Sherif, whose appearance added entertainment appeal to the global launch.
Officials from the Ghana Football Association described the jersey as a bold representation of Ghana’s identity and ambition on the world stage.
The Black Stars are expected to debut the new strip in upcoming international friendlies, with replica kits set to go on sale globally as anticipation builds for Ghana’s World Cup campaign.
The replica version of the jersey is set to go on sale on March 24th 2026.
