The founder of Perez Chapel International, Archbishop Charles Aginasare, has expressed concern over the rising levels of corruption in many public institutions across the country.

In a video shared on X on January 18, 2026, Archbishop Aginasare stated that many public servants are using the positions they occupy to amass wealth for themselves.

According to him, individuals who actively engage in corruption will pay dearly for their actions if they do not desist.

“Public officers and those who go into public office, including politics, and within four years acquire more than a house and a good car because they stole, inflated prices, or inflated contracts, will vomit it,” he said.

He also directed his remarks at individuals in the private sector, stressing that those who steal from private companies will equally face consequences for their actions.

“Ordinary people who work for others in this nation and steal from them will also vomit it,” he added.
