New Jersey prosecutors refused to press charges against five men who wrote vile texts about a MAGA school board mom.

The board members – vice president Chad Hyett, Scott Semaya, Lenny Thor, Mitesh Gandhi, and Nirav Kadakia – were exposed for allegedly writing disgusting text messages about MAGA mom-of-three and board member, Danielle Bellomo.

All five men, whose group chat was named ThisB**chNeedstoDie, were running for the three open seats on the Marlboro Board of Education.

One of the men were caught texting the others about Bellomo’s nipples during one of the meetings.

Marlboro Police were ready to press charges against the men for terroristic threats, cyber harassment, conspiracy to do harm, and cyber harassment through a deep fake video, but Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office declined to pursue it, Bellomo wrote is a now-private Facebook post, viewed by the New York Post.

Monmouth prosecutor Raymond Santiago’s office told The Post the offenses didn’t reach an ‘indictable’ level.

‘To say the Prosecutor’s Office ‘decline(d) to move forward’ in this matter is a mischaracterization,’ a spokesperson told the outlet.

‘Jurisdictionally, our office is tasked with prosecuting indictable matters, whereas lower offenses are charged and prosecuted at the municipal level. After a careful and thorough evaluation, we advised the Marlboro Police Department that, legally, there was insufficient evidence to constitute an indictable charge.’

The decision was quickly met with backlash, with many worrying this could create a bigger problem with people saying vile things about others and getting away with it.

‘This is going to turn into a total freefall with what we’re allowed to say,’ one person said under Bellomo’s post, according to The Post. ‘Things are about to get wild.’

    Another said she wasn’t surprised.

‘This is not surprising, unfortunately. Woman to woman…I am very glad that you’re safe and hope the disgusting pigs that put you through this will stay under their rocks,’ she wrote.

The group chat was revealed after someone took a photo of Semaya typing at a July meeting. Semaya later dropped out of the race.

Bellomo and others questioned by the civility policy hadn’t been enacted, which says the district will not tolerate threats against board members. It also allows members to be banned if they engaged in disruptive behavior.

A vote to kick out Hyett was not successful.

After an hours long meeting, the board went into an executive session. Bellomo did not attend the meeting.

Bellomo has accused the board of not protecting her and not taking any action following the vile messages.

Bellomo said she faced threats for months and was certain there were more ‘terrifying messages’ in the chat she hadn’t seen.

The mother is set to appear in court next week to extend her protective order against Gandhi.

On November 4, incumbents Michael Lilonsky ad Valentina Mendez were reelected to the board, and newcomer Kerry Ann Jankowski was also elected.

The Daily Mail has contacted the five men and Bellomo for comment.
