In addition to his warning to the Foreign Affairs Minister, Prophet Nigel Gaisie has publicly criticised the Registrar of the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat, Alex Kwaku Asafo-Agyei, accusing him of deliberately ignoring his calls.

Speaking in the same viral video, the prophet expressed frustration over what he described as repeated attempts to reach the registrar, which he claims have gone unanswered.

Gaisie did not provide details about the nature of his engagement with the Scholarship Secretariat but suggested that the lack of response was disrespectful, particularly given his status and influence.

The comments have triggered mixed reactions online, with some social media users questioning the appropriateness of public officials engaging with religious leaders on personal matters, while others defended the prophet’s right to speak out.

Neither the Ministry of Foreign Affairs nor the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat has officially responded to the allegations as of the time of filing this report.
