Veteran Kumawood actor Joseph Osei, popularly known as “Wayoosi,” has publicly commended President John Dramani Mahama for what he described as the President’s relentless efforts to improve living conditions in Ghana.

In a heartfelt post on X on June 18, 2025, Wayoosi wrote, “Kudos to President John Dramani Mahama for his tireless efforts. His initiatives are making life easier for Ghanaians. Let’s give credit where it’s due; his policies are benefiting us all. His good work deserves recognition.”

Wayoosi’s praise highlights several of Mahama’s ongoing projects aimed at stimulating economic growth, stabilising the cedi, and creating jobs across the country.

The actor also noted that these developments have had a tangible, positive impact on the daily lives of ordinary Ghanaians.

His expression of support adds to a growing chorus of endorsements from cultural figures and citizens who believe President Mahama’s administration is delivering on its promises.

Wayoosi previously campaigned for Mahama in 2024, citing key initiatives such as the 24-hour economy, which aimed to create a more dynamic and inclusive economic environment.
