Catalan police have launched an investigation into an alleged sexual assault reported to have taken place at the home of Barcelona winger Lamine Yamal during the early hours of Sunday, February 8, 2026.

According to reports from Spanish outlet ABC, the Mossos d’Esquadra are working to clarify the events that unfolded inside the property after a young Dutch woman claimed she was assaulted following a night of partying.

The woman reportedly told authorities that she woke up to being touched without her consent after spending the evening with individuals said to be close to the player.

The complaint reportedly points to Ansu Fati’s brother as the alleged perpetrator.
