Nigerian singer Chike recounted an encounter with a former school bully, who surprisingly showed respect by addressing him as “big bro” despite being older than him.

The singer shared a story about bullying and its effects on Twitter (X), reflecting on how time passes.

He wrote, “Person weh de bully me lowkey for school just call me big bro . By the way e senior me”.

He was taken aback by his encounter with the bully at school, who treated him as an older despite their age gap.

Internet users confirmed that the bully at Chike’s school respected him because of his social status, and that most victims achieve greater success than the bully.
