Striker Paul Ayongo scored his first goal in the Armenian top-flight on Saturday, 25 October 2025, to help Ararat-Armenia beat BKMA 2-1.
The 28-year-old found the back of the net in the 87th minute as the home side when on the seal victory.
It was Grenik Petrosyan who took the lead in the 17th minute before Ararat-Armenia levelled two minutes after the break.
Argishti Petrosyan’s own goal cancelled BKMA’s lead.
Ayongo was subbed on after 67 minutes and his late strike secured the points.
After 11 weeks, Ararat-Armenia- with a game in hand-are second and one point behind leaders Alashkert.
