    Ghanaian forward Patrick Agyemang was on the scoresheet for Charlotte FC as they hammered DC United at home in Major League Soccer (MLS) on Saturday, October 19, 2024.

    The 23-year-old got his 10th goal of the campaign, helping Charlotte record a resounding 3-0 victory at Audi Field in Washington, DC, in the last round of the regular season.

    Spanish midfielder Pep Biel opened the scoring 13 minutes after the half-time break to give the visitors the advantage.

    Agyemang doubled the lead for Charlotte in the 75th minute after connecting a pass from Brandt Bronico following a move by US captain Tim Ream.

    Israel international forward Liel Abada sealed the victory for Charlotte in stoppage time after he was set up by Polish forward Karol Swiderski.

    Agyemang finished the season with 10 goals and five assists in 31 appearances in the MLS, helping Charlotte secure their position in the league standings.
