This week on Ballot Briefing, we bring you stories from parliament, the Peace Campaign and the United States of America.

The Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has once again suspended the sitting of the House sine die. The suspension was due to the NPP MPs boycotting the House’s sitting on Thursday, November 7, 2024. The Speaker explained that he had to suspend the meeting indefinitely because the House did not have the numbers to make decisions.

George Ayisi joins our host, Patricia Rockson Hammond to bring us more details on this story.

Also, the head of GhanaWeb’s Business Desk, Mawuli Ahorlumegah helps us understand the economic implications of Donald John Trump’s win in the United States of America’s presidential election.
