Parin FC have extended their lead in the Accra North District Football Association (ANDFA) Division Three league after beating African Kings 3-1 in the second round of the league.

After suffering a 2-1 defeat to the same opponents in their league opener, coach Eric Nyarko’s side approached the return fixture with clear determination, making their intent to exact revenge evident from the outset.

Midfielder Raphael Tetteh, alongside Robert Ankrah, anchored the midfield superbly as they powered Parin FC to a hard-fought victory.

Jones Adu Baah opened the scoring for Parin in the first half.

Raphael Tetteh then netted two brilliant goals to give his side a commanding 3-0 lead heading into the break.

Parin FC maintained their advantage in the second half and continued to dominate proceedings.

However, African Kings pulled one back in the dying minutes through Mustapha Ibrahim, grabbing a late consolation.

Parin FC are now on top of the table with 28 points.
