Leading sports management firm, Oneworld Sports, is set to collaborate with the Members of Parliament for Ketu North and Ahanta West to host special editions of the Talent Hunt competition.
This partnership follows proposals from Edem Agbana, MP for Ketu North, and Mavis Kuukua Bissue-Boateng, MP for Ahanta West, to extend the initiative to their constituencies, inspired by the success of the West African Talent Hunt.
During the three-day tournament held in June 2025, both lawmakers demonstrated their support through visits to the venue, where footballers from across the sub-region showcased their skills to impress internationally renowned scouts from Europe.
Mavis Kuukua Bissue-Boateng, impressed by the impeccable organization of the competition, urged Oneworld Sports to partner with her to host a series of events in Ahanta West to uncover local talent.
She outlined her vision to collaborate with Oneworld Sports to stage the annual Ahanta Fest.
In response to these developments, Sammy Anim Addo, an executive at Oneworld Sports, emphasized that the support from these distinguished lawmakers reflects the high-quality work of his organization.
He confirmed that his team is actively engaged in planning to ensure the flawless execution of these tournaments for the MP.
Sammy Anim Addo also detailed his longstanding relationship with Edem Agbana going back to their days as student leaders for their respective tertiary institutions.
He believes that the Talent Hunt tournament is another platform for them to ramp up their relationship and take it to another level.
Hon @edemagbana came through to cheer and motivate his young talented players, showing true support for grassroots football and youth empowerment.
His presence lit up the sidelines and gave the boys the boost they needed! 🙌⚽@AnimSammy @MatinouI @Jeffofori20 pic.twitter.com/orITvZbNuP— Oneworldsports_1 (@oneworldsports_) June 26, 2025
