A lady recalled that she nearly got blinded at the Ojude Oba Festival 2025 after a woman angrily hit her phone with a hand fan while she was recording her.

In a video posted online, the woman @thateventgirl5 was capturing the elegant and self-assured woman walking hand in hand with her bodyguard for security amidst the crowd.

The woman implied that she didn’t like being caught on tape without her consent when she aggressively hit the phone with her hand fan after realizing she was being filmed.

    In her words, she wrote,

“This woman nearly fall my friend’s phone ooo and I meant no harm now(,acting like my ex mom)🤣i was recording this beautiful woman when she angrily used her fan to hit the phone and the phone nearly hit my eyes because I held the phone very close to me and I meant no harm o🤣imagine the phone fall and the screen break, how I go te explain???😔 but she later smiled at me because I complimented her 😊 😂.”

The lady disclosed that the woman nearly blinded her because the phone was close to her eyes, and if she weren’t observant, the phone would have been damaged due to a fall.

She added that the woman eventually smiled at her after she complimented her appearance.
