Desmond Blackmore, popularly known as D-Black, has confirmed that none of the Ghanaian female celebrities he usually associates with is his type.

The Ghanaian rapper, in an interview with Nana Romeo, disclosed that he is drawn to corporate women.

D-Black explained that his ideal woman is quite different from what the public perceives.

He clarified that just because he is seen with certain types of women on social media or in the club, does not mean they fit his romantic preferences.

“My type of woman is very different. If you see the mother of my kids, she is a doctor. She doesn’t wear nails. I’m into a more traditional woman. People often assume I like flashy, superstar women because of who I’m seen with, but that’s not the case.

“I’m attracted to calm, collected, and professional women, whether that’s a nurse, doctor, soldier, or police officer. A career woman, someone who is simple, in the background, not too out there. That’s always been my type,” he stated.

D-Black also addressed rumours about his relationship with his female artistes, particularly his former signee, Sefa.

He firmly denied any romantic involvement with her, reiterating that he sees Sefa as a sister.

“Sefa is my sister, and I’ve never had any thoughts of having an affair with her. The Sefa I met is not the Sefa you guys see today. I’ve known her for 7-8 years, and she has grown into who she is now. She’s a very private person, and I don’t even know anyone who has dated her,” he stated.
