Ghanaian singer-songwriter, Nii Lewis has officially dropped a bold, two EP suite titled “Many Years I” and “Many Years II”, simultaneously released in mid‑2025 as the culmination of a creative chapter in his evolving musical journey.

Following his soulful “Forthcoming” EP (2020), this dual release marks an emotional leap forward with each EP weaving a tapestry of love, time, and personal growth through lush harmonies and polished productions.

The “Many Years” projects center on themes of enduring love and introspection. Although full tracklists haven’t been publicly disclosed, the EPs showcase standout singles that fans have embraced: “Many Years is more than just an album.

“It’s a time capsule of lived experience, crafted over four years of emotional depth, creative exploration, and artistic evolution.

“It’s a personal yet relatable story told through two distinct musical lenses, each capturing a different side of my journey,” Nii Lewis shared.

Musically, “Many Years” continues Lewis’s signature mix of soulful melodies and contemporary pop polish. Drawing from earlier work like ‘Bounce’ (2023) and ‘Dance’ (2021), there’s a sense of both continuity and progression–his sound remains grounded in intimacy while embracing richer sonic layers and refined production.

“Many Years’s sound is contemporary Hip-Hop centered around perseverance, introspection, and the long path to self-realization. It’s about the grind, the setbacks, and the quiet victories that came with staying the course.

“These tracks reflect how, after years of pushing, things finally began to align. It’s about struggle, but also triumph, clarity, and self-belief. It closes with the track ‘Many Years’ featuring Idahossa, a reflective and emotional conclusion to this chapter of the project”, Nii Lewis added.

However, “Many Years II” brings warmth, rhythm, and emotional resonance. These tracks explore joy, love, heartbreak, and the colorful spectrum of human connection. It’s a sonic celebration of life in all its vulnerability, relationships, and the experiences that make us feel most alive.

The project has a rich array of features from Pure Akan, Bryan the Mensah, Marince Omario, Kwesi Slay, Idahossa, Kalipharma, Kwame Dabbie, Bishop ASD and TikTok sensations, Harry & Larry.

This dual EP project is more than a collection; it’s Lewis’s most ambitious statement yet, representing growth across narrative, vocal performance, and production sophistication. It also signals positioning himself as a global soul pop voice, comfortable collaborating with international artists while nurturing his Ghanaian roots.
