A Nigerian mum refused to accept the revealing dress her daughter wore during her wedding ceremony, as she tried to cover her daughter’s cleavage while blessing her at the ceremony.

In the video, the bride knelt to accept her mother’s blessings, a touching and intimate part of the ceremony.

However, while blessing the bride, the bride’s mother noticed the cleavage of her daughter’s dress and attempted to adjust the dress to cover her chest.

The video was uploaded to TikTok, going viral on the platform, the scene resonating with viewers. Many expressed that their mothers would have even accompanied them to the Fashion designer’s store to prevent them from wearing something ‘indecent’.

Some described how their parents would alter and caution them against wearing a revealing dress to an event, while others disclosed that their husbands keep an eye on their attire.
