    Michael Nwoko, brother to Nigerian senator Ned Nwoko, has spoken publicly regarding the alleged marital crisis between his brother and Nollywood actress Regina Daniels.

    Regina Daniels recently stirred public concern after a viral video showed her appearing emotionally distressed, with widespread speculation pointing to alleged domestic violence.

    The controversy gained further momentum after Regina’s brother took to Instagram, accusing Ned Nwoko of physically assaulting the actress by allegedly smashing her head against a wall and sending thugs after her.

    Addressing the issue, Michael Nwoko called for calm and discretion, stating that the matter was a private family issue that would be resolved internally.

    “I respectfully crave the indulgence of all fans and people of goodwill to be calm and continue to demonstrate understanding as whatever is happening between Distinguished Senator Prince Ned Munir Nwoko and His dear wife, Mrs Regina Daniels Nwoko is a private family matter. It would be resolved internally.” He wrote

    In his statement, he appreciated the support and understanding shown by fans and well-wishers.

    Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko tied the knot on May 26, 2019, in a traditional ceremony held in Aniocha Local Government Area of Delta State.

    The union has since been under public scrutiny, as fans await further updates.

    Below are some of the comments;

    “This should have been senator Ned’s reply. That long explanation and accusation was a bad one. Whoever advised Him did him dirty. All dis same, Delta north deserves better. Only our senator is always on the news for wrong read on.“

    “Private family matter and he ran to social media to tell us how his wife of two kids is on substance?“

    “Lol Gina has always been in the Public eyes, she has always been a child we watched grow and seen her getting married at a very young age, so we have been watching her every growth and how she has been doing. So if something bad happens to her the public will also react, e no go easy to turn blind eye when something bad is happening to a child u watched grow. This is Africa.“
