The National Democratic Congress (NDC) seems to be gaining momentum in the Oti Region, ahead of the 2024 Ghanaian general election. While I couldn’t find specific data on the NDC’s popularity in the Oti Region, the party’s presidential candidate, John Mahama, has been a strong contender in the upcoming elections .

Mahama, who served as President of Ghana from 2012 to 2017, won the NDC’s presidential primary with an overwhelming 98.94% of the vote . This suggests that he has strong support within the party.

It’s worth noting that the 2024 Ghanaian general election is expected to be highly competitive, with several parties and independent candidates vying for the presidency . However, with the NDC’s strong showing in the Oti Region, Mahama may have a good chance of winning votes in this area.
