    The National Basketball Association (NBA) has announced an ambitious plan to host six regular-season games across Europe over the next three years, expanding its global reach with matchups scheduled in Berlin, London, Manchester, and Paris.

    The announcement which was made on July 30, 2025 underscores the league’s commitment to growing its international fanbase and showcasing its talent on a broader stage.

    The schedule kicks off in 2026 with games in Berlin, Germany, and London, United Kingdom.

    In 2027, fans can expect contests in Manchester, UK, and Paris, France.

    The series will conclude in 2028 with return visits to Berlin and Paris.

    Specific teams, dates, and venues will be announced at a later date, according to NBA officials.

    Europe is a key market for the NBA, with millions of passionate fans who love basketball.

    Bringing regular-season games to Berlin, London, Manchester, and Paris over the next three years will allow connection with fans in new and exciting ways.

    The NBA has a history of hosting games in Europe, with Paris serving as a frequent host city in recent years.

    The inclusion of Berlin and Manchester marks a strategic expansion into vibrant markets with growing basketball communities.

    London, a regular host of NBA preseason games, will now welcome regular-season action for the first time since 2017.

    The NBA’s European push aligns with the league’s broader global strategy, which includes regular-season games in markets like Mexico City and Abu Dhabi.

    The league reported that more than 200 million fans in Europe follow the NBA through broadcasts, social media, and digital platforms, making the region a priority for expansion.
