Milwaukee Bucks star Tyler Herro is reportedly locked in a legal dispute with his ex-girlfriend following their recent breakup.

Herro, 26, shares two children with Katya Henry – a daughter, Zya, who was born in 2021, and a son, Harlem, born in 2023.

The couple is believed to have split in recent weeks after nearly seven years together. And now, according to TMZ, Herro and Henry are in a custody battle over their children.

It is reported that the NBA star – who claims to have been paying child support since Henry gave birth – asked the court to devise a parenting schedule and decide how much child support he should pay, only for Herro to dismiss his case days later.

Henry, meanwhile, is demanding primary custody of their children. The model claims she is their primary caregiver.

According to TMZ, Henry wants the kids to see Herro. But in her court filing, she said due to his ‘historical conduct… safeguards and parameters should be implemented on a temporary and permanent basis in order to ensure the safety and well-being’ of their two children.

The 32-year-old said she ‘intentionally’ left out details related to the alleged conduct. But back in 2022 – in a now-deleted social media post – Henry appeared to accuse Herro of ‘cheating.’

On Wednesday, TMZ also reported that Herro and Henry stopped living under the same roof more than a year before they ended up in a legal dispute.

It is thought Henry and the kids moved out of his eight-bedroom Miami mansion back in February 2025.

Herro spent the first seven seasons of his NBA career with the Miami Heat before being traded to the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this year. He is expected to earn a base salary of $33million in 2026/27.
