The Nations FC Supporters Union has issued an official statement addressing reports of an altercation during their match against Vision FC on Sunday, March 23, 2025.

A video that surfaced after the game showed an altercation among alleged fans of both teams, with individuals trading blows and injuring several people at the Nii Adkei Kraku II Sports Complex.

Despite widespread belief that the brawl involved supporters from both teams, the Nations FC Supporters Union clarified in their statement that the incident was an internal dispute among Vision FC supporters and did not involve Nations FC fans.

The union strongly denied any involvement in the violence, emphasising that Nations FC supporters uphold discipline, sportsmanship, and mutual respect. They also condemned all acts of hooliganism that threaten the integrity of football.

Furthermore, they urged media outlets and the general public to correct any false narratives and ensure accurate information is shared.

The union reaffirmed Nations FC’s commitment to fair play both on and off the pitch and vowed to continue supporting the team peacefully and responsibly.
