Nations FC have been handed a one-match home ban by the Ghana Football Association’s Disciplinary Committee following misconduct during their Premier League matchday 6 clash against Bibiani GoldStars at the Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.

The committee ruled that the club failed to ensure the safety of match officials, allowing supporters to assault them during the game.

Alongside the home ban, Nations FC have been fined GHC 6,000 and warned that any further incidents will result in stricter penalties.

Currently second in the league, Nations FC will now host Nsoatreman this weekend at a neutral venue due to the sanction.
