As Nations FC prepare to face Asante Kotoko in match week 11 of the Ghana Premier League, coach Kassim Mingle has issued a stern warning, highlighting his side’s determination.

The Abrankese-based club will trade tackles with the Porcupine Warriors in a highly anticipated battle of the Ghana Premier League.

“We’ll put seniority aside on the field,” Mingle said, referring to Kotoko’s storied history. “The team that plays better football, with luck on their side, will win.”

Nations FC, second in the table, aims to maintain momentum, while Kotoko seeks redemption after three consecutive losses.

Speaking ahead of the crucial game, Kassim Mingle says his team will put aside every respect they have for Kotoko and focus solely on the game, which he describes as tough.

“We won’t be pushovers,” Mingle emphasised. “Kotoko will try to compensate their fans, but it’ll be a tough game.”

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko are aiming to bounce back as soon as possible, having lost three consecutive games.

Kotoko’s recent slump has dropped them out of the top four.
